What this is, and is not
What is patent evaluation?
An AI report on a paid slot: 5-axis scores (1 to 10), an indicative cost, market, and income valuation with a range and mid-point, and a monetization recommendation. It is beta structured due diligence, not legal advice and not a formal valuation.
Is patent evaluation included in the free preview?
No. Evaluation runs on paid slots only. The 30-day preview includes a listing, documents, and 2 target searches of up to 15 AI-suggested companies each. You cannot publish on preview, and you cannot run evaluation.
How many credits does an evaluation use?
Each run uses 2 of the 100 annual AI credits on that paid slot. A slot is ₹9,999 per year for one patent. You can run another evaluation on the same patent if credits remain.
Is this a formal valuation or legal opinion?
No. Scores and ranges are indicative. Have a registered patent attorney or IP valuation expert review the report before you rely on it in a negotiation or filing.
Can I share the full report with a buyer?
Full reports stay owner-controlled. Some sellers publish a buyer-safe summary on a marketplace listing. Shared links at /eval/ are private tokens for people you choose. This marketing page is not a report.
Who can run an evaluation?
The paid-slot account for that patent. Collaborators on the owner organization can work in the same workspace. Preview accounts cannot run evaluation.
